Sipio is designed as a personal drink journal. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be handled when you use Sipio, how that information is used, and the choices available to you.
Sipio lets you save drink journal entries, including names, dates, ratings, photos, tasting notes, flavor profiles and category details such as coffee origin, roastery, wine variety, winery, beer style, brewery and similar information. This is information you choose to enter into the app.
Your journal data is stored on your device. If you enable iCloud features, your data may also be stored and synced through Apple's iCloud service under your Apple account. Apple controls iCloud infrastructure and related account settings.
Sipio does not require a separate Sipio account for the app experience described here, and we do not use your drink entries to build advertising profiles.
Downloads, subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple may provide purchase status information that helps the app unlock paid features.
If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you choose to send, such as your message, contact details, screenshots or device information. Apple may also provide crash reports or diagnostics if you have chosen to share that information with app developers in your device settings.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only where needed to operate the app, process App Store purchases, provide iCloud functionality, respond to support requests, or comply with law.
You can edit or delete drink entries in Sipio. You can manage iCloud sync, app permissions, backups and diagnostics in your Apple device settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information.
Journal data remains available for as long as it is stored in the app, on your device, or in your iCloud account. Support messages may be kept for as long as needed to handle your request, maintain records and comply with legal obligations.
Sipio is not directed to children under 13 or the equivalent minimum age in your location. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Sipio, please contact us so the issue can be reviewed.
We may update this Privacy Policy when Sipio changes or when legal, technical or operational requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
